Any raisins which are is sold in stores (packed ones) or on the market - treated with preservatives. This may be a sugar syrup, low quality oils or variety of E. This type of dried fruits can damage our body and health.
But I have a good news for you - prepare raisins at home is very easy!
Raisins may be made from any grape variety, but it is better to use seedless.
Wash the grapes and separates it from the branches.
Place grapes on a baking tray with baking paper and put them in the oven.
At a temperature of 150C bake grapes until they does not turn into raisins, depending on the mode and the oven, but this process takes from 40 min to 2 hours. I like it when the grape sugar on top, and gooey inside. Let cool and enjoy!
